Bill Belichick addressed ESPN’s report citing a rift in the Patriots organization on a conference call held Monday.

The ESPN article published Friday, alleged that there is a rift between Brady, Belichick, and Kraft.

The story apparently included “interviews with more than a dozen New England staffers, executives, players and league sources with knowledge of the team’s inner workings,” and eluded to rumors that the trio has had a series of major disagreements in recent months. Inside sources also cited there was a feeling around the front offices that this may be the last season with the core intact.

On his Monday conference call, Belicheck was quick to call the ESPN report “inaccurate and unattributable”.

As far as his thoughts on the NY Giants head coaching position, Belichick said he “Absolutley” expects to be back with New England next season.

When asked about Tom Brady and his play, Beclichick praised the 5-time Super Bowl winner by saying he is “one of the most hardest working players on the team.”

Bill Belichick is a champion. No matter how damaging an article my or may not be, it’s guaranteed that it will never rattle his cage. His focus right now is preparing the Patriots for their matchup against the Tennessee Titans Saturday night in New England.
